WHEW critters!
It’s been a regretfully long time since my last entry here, but I’m hoping to change that going forward. My plan is to make these roundups a monthly ritual, so if you want to see all the going-ons in one place and at regular intervals— you’re in luck.
Let’s jump right in!
First and foremost I’m stoked to announce that Series 2 is finally in stock!
I cannot stress enough how helpful each and every sale is now that we have these outrageous tariffs to contend with, the rising cost of living, and other unexpected expenses that come with managing a business— thank you for your views, your shares, and your purchases.
Without your continued support the Snughouls wouldn’t exist, much less Tiny Teeth as a brand 💖
The campaign itself is 99% fulfilled as of typing this, and once some stragglers and ongoing returns/replacements are resolved I’ll be calling my second and largest Backerkit campaign a wrap.
The past several months have been a long and challenging learning experience, but I’m so grateful for everyone who remained patient and supportive throughout. Your encouragement- through kind comments, emails, fanart, likes, and so on -is truly what makes these projects worthwhile!
My only real disappointment is how little time I have to engage with your kindness and enthusiasm one on one, but please know that I see almost every message and they’ve turned my whole day around on more than one occasion.
Pintopia 2024 is in fulfillment now!
As of last week all items (plushies, pins, and apparel) have arrived and orders are being exported to the fulfillment team. Please bear with us a little longer as we iron out some hiccups in our packing process.
We learned a lot from fulfilling Series 2, and would like to use that knowledge to make fulfilling Pintopia 2024 a much smoother experience.
This may mean switching to boxes instead of polybags in some cases, streamlining the return process, or other minor QOL adjustments to speed things up.
We have a meeting this Monday to discuss specifics and then I hope to hit the ground running.
The preorder store for My Cryptid Crush will remain open through May.
Prototyping is progressing at a decent clip, with over half of our cryptid pals now finalized*! Only the classic mothman and dragon are still being teased out (along with some small adjustments to the unicorn samples), and once those are finished all attention will be turning to finalizing their outfits.
*Please note any color changes from the original concept art was not on purpose. Color matching digital colors to real life materials is rarely exact and I do the best I can with what’s available.
Classic Mothman has been adjusted a bit to account for the lack of teal and green hues in the chosen material, but I think the old school monster vibes still shine through!
The dragon, meanwhile, remains true to the concept art and just needs a few more tweaks to their facial proportions to bring them in line with the other samples.
All that said, I’m so very excited to see everything finally taking shape! And as always you can expect full turnarounds of each plush before orders lock and the preorder store closes, so if you’re on the fence about who to get just hold out a little longer.
Please also bear in mind the factory photos do not do these guys justice. They often need some strategic squishing and brushing to look their best, which is why I ask that you withhold your harshest judgement until you see the photos I take in the studio. Thanks! 🙏

I’ll be holding several polls closer to launch day to determine what order we unlock everyone in, so sign up for notifications and cast those votes. Subscribers will also be the first to see new prototypes as they’re finalized!
The most dedicated Cryptid Cuddlers will even have a say in future colorways, with every Snughoul coming in at least two colors (and often lots, lots more!)
